How your order moves
Your order goes through three stages. We build your experience from the details you send us. You approve your card proof. Then your cards are printed and delivered.
Estimated card delivery
Estimated card delivery: 7–10 days after payment and approval of your card proof, whichever occurs later.
This is an estimate, not a guarantee. It is the time until your cards are delivered, not only until they ship. The time you take to approve your proof is not included. It is separate from setting up your digital experience.
Free delivery of your initial cards
Delivery of your 250 initial cards is free. The 250 cards are included once, at launch. No cards are shipped automatically each month. Further cards are bought separately, and any shipping charges for them are shown before you confirm your payment.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside Canada may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your cards leave the printer.
Wrong or damaged delivery
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship at our cost. See our refund policy for the details.
