These terms cover the purchase and use of the ProspectScan patient experience for clear aligner treatment, sold on this site as the Invisalign Patient Experience. It is built for Invisalign and for similar clear aligner brands such as ClearCorrect, Candid and AlignerCo. You tell us which brand your clinic offers.

What you are buying
A patient experience personalised for your clinic and hosted by us, together with a quantity of printed cards that give your patients access to it. The cards are part of the package; the experience is the product.
Hosting and maintenance: 12 months, renewed with each qualifying reorder
Your purchase activates your experience for 12 months of hosting and maintenance from the date of that order, with no separate hosting subscription and no hidden fees.
Ordering 250 or 500 cards before that 12-month period ends (a "qualifying reorder") renews your access for a further 12 months from the date of the new order. Access periods are not cumulative: each qualifying reorder resets your expiry date to 12 months from that reorder, rather than adding to any period already remaining.
If no qualifying reorder is placed before the current 12-month period ends, your experience is deactivated at the end of that period. A reorder keeps the features of your existing package; it does not itself upgrade your package to a different tier.
Personalisation and approval
We build your experience from the details you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send us, and for holding the rights to any logo or brand material you supply. Nothing is printed until you approve the design.
What the experience is not
The 3D treatment visualisation is illustrative. It is designed to help a patient understand what clear aligner treatment involves. It is not a clinical simulation and it does not predict an individual patient's result.
The conversational assistant provides general informational guidance about treatment. It does not diagnose, assess or advise on individual cases, and it does not replace your dental team. You remain solely responsible for all clinical advice given to your patients.
Ownership
You own your brand, your content and your patient relationships. We own the underlying platform, the 3D assets and the software that runs your experience. Your purchase grants you the right to use your experience for your clinic; it does not transfer ownership of the platform.
Availability
We aim to keep your experience available at all times while your access is active, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question.

Invisalign is a registered trademark of Align Technology, Inc. ClearCorrect, Candid, AlignerCo and any other aligner brand named on this site belong to their respective owners. ProspectScan is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
