Clinic name
Enter the clinic name exactly as it appears on your ProspectScan experience. Do not enter any patient information.
Physical cards only. An active ProspectScan subscription is required to access the linked digital experience. This purchase does not extend your subscription. Taxes and shipping, where applicable, are shown at checkout.
Before printing
- We check that the cards match your clinic and that the QR code points to your existing experience.
- If your visual or contact details change, you approve a proof before printing.
- If your subscription is inactive, we will contact you about reactivation. No subscription starts automatically.

What am I buying?
Additional physical cards for the ProspectScan experience your clinic already has. It is a one-time purchase. It does not renew, extend or replace your subscription.
Do I pay a new setup fee?
No. There is no new setup fee for a reprint of your existing cards.
Do I need an active subscription?
Yes. The digital experience linked to your cards is available while your ProspectScan subscription is active. If it is inactive, contact us and we will explain how to reactivate it. Ordering cards never starts a subscription.
Why do you ask for my clinic name?
So we can match your order to your existing experience and print the right cards. Never enter patient information.
